Shaurya Tandon of Grade 10 won the First place in the Hindi Story Writing Competition for Seniors 6. Tvisha Narayan of Grade 4 won the Third place in the English Story Telling Competition for Sub- Juniors 13. Light Microscope, Confocal Microscope, transmission electron microscope and flow cytometry 2. Students learnt the principles and working of various laboratory techniques and equipment followed in high end research work.
Ann Koshy of Grade 6 won the Third place for the English Essay Writing Competition for Juniors 14. They saw how DNA is extracted and concentrated on gels, sequenced using electropherograms and understood concepts of SNP and mutations.
Netra Neelkantan of Grade 7 won the Second place for the English Essay Writing Competition for Juniors 7. The students were provided with an in depth information pertaining to the (i) maintenance of financial stability, (ii) issuance of bank notes (iii) implementation of monetary policies, (iv) insight on foreign exchange reserves, (v)currency management and (vi) Financial Inclusion.
Disha Khadtare of Grade 7 won the Second place for the Marathi Essay Writing Competition for Juniors 8. After the session, the students were led to the RBI museum where they were shown a video which focused on the evolution of money and its different forms in different regimes.
